Advent approaches, and it has become tradition here at Steadfast we are releasing information about our series for Advent along with a service plan and upcoming devotional.
This year the theme will be related to the “Last Things”. Each week will take a look at what our Lord teaches about the End and how that is a comfort to us. The first week’s focus will be on the “now” as we prepare for the Last Day with hope and assurance of our Lord’s favor. The Second week will shift to a more direct teaching on the Last Day, the Resurrection and how that is a good day for us as Christians. The Third week will focus on eternity with Christ and how that helps us endure all things at present, knowing and having a confident hope in what is yet to come for God’s people.
