A LampLight Conversation on the lessons for the Feast of the Presentation of Our Lord and the Purification of St. Mary

As LampLight Conversations is fast-approaching celebrating its first year of being on air, and it is beginning to get a bit snug in its diapers, the programming committee at KNGN thought it high time to give the show its own internet presence. Therefore, It’s pleases me to announce to you the all-new site for LampLight Conversations, which can be found here. LampLight Conversations is still 100% developed and  produced by KNGN, and you can continue to tune in on kngn.org to listen online every Tuesday @ 9am, Thursday @ 5pm, Saturday @ 10am, and Sunday @ 9am and 2pm (all times CST). It’s just now the On Demand side of the show is now housed at the new website, although at present, the older episodes from the last church year can still be found on kngn.org by clicking on the LampLight Conversations link – but we hope to see even those get transferred over relatively soon.

I still plan to continue to keep you, the reader, informed here as well of the awesome conversations we are having, but if for some reason I neglect to cross-post over here, please feel free to visit the LampLight Conversations site.

With that, please click here to listen to this week’s show, where our conversationalists considered the lessons for the Feast of the Presentation of Our Lord and the Purification of St. Mary. The lessons for this feast day are:

1 Samuel 1:21–28
Psalm 84:1–12
Hebrews 2:14–18
Luke 2:22–32

Joining us in studio for this conversation was Pastor Tim Llewellyn, who serves at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Oakley, KS.
