National Conference 2017 – Tomball, Texas – Come one, come all.

Steadfast Lutherans is glad to announce and invite you to our national conference to be held February 17-18, 2017 at Zion Lutheran Church in Tomball, Texas.

This year’s theme “The Article” is centered around Justification as it is the article on which the Church stands or falls.  Those who come will receive solid Lutheran theology about how it is that man is saved.  The speakers will be focusing on what is justification, how justification fits into our hymnody, our mission work, and how justification and sanctification relate and how certain abuses of the two can be identified and corrected.

We are still putting together the final schedule but the speakers for the two day conference include:

Rev. Brian Kachelmaier, Pastor of Redeemer Ev. Lutheran Church in Los Alamos, New Mexico – also the man at Redeemer Theological Academy and frequent guest on Issues Etc.  Redeemer’s site is at:

Rev. James May, Missionary and Director of Lutherans In Africa.  The good work of Lutherans in Africa can be found at

Rev. Mark Preus, Pastor of St. Andrews Lutheran Church and Campus Center, Laramie, Wyoming.  Pastor Mark Preus’ work can be found here at Steadfast and also at his own hymn site:

Rev. Rolf Preus, Pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church in Sidney, Montana and St. John Lutheran Church in Fairview Montana.  Pastor Preus’ work can be found here at Steadfast and also at his own site –

Worship will also be soundly Lutheran with the normal pastoral staff at Zion providing liturgy and preaching.

Final plans are also being made for a grand party at Zion on Friday night for those who make their way down to Tomball.

Vendors can reserve their spot by contacting Pastor Chris Hull, the Senior Pastor of Zion.

Come and enjoy some good Texas hospitality and solid Lutheran preaching and teaching.
