Overtures for 2012 District Conventions
    or 2013 Synod Convention

The following is a list of overtures that have been submitted to us for review by delegates or members of churches. Some of these are somewhat duplicated, as they were written by different people for submitting to different conventions. We provide them with no recommendations, just in an attempt to give you ideas on what kinds of overtures you might submit through your church or circuit forum.


These can be submitted to your district conventions, or with minor modifications can be submitted by your church or circuit forums to the synodical convention in 2013.


Note if you are planning on submitting these to your district conventions that deadlines are coming up soon -- the first convention (North Dakota) is Jan 22nd, 2012 and overtures are due by October 13th, 2011.
