A few months back there was a dust up here regarding a paper that Dr. Jeff Kloha of Concordia Seminary – St. Louis. Part of the confusion lay in the fact that the paper people were responding to was a draft. Here is Dr. Kloha’s presentation of this paper at the Day of Exegetical Reflection 2014.
