What a Banner Day – A Henrickson Song Parody and a New Starke Hymn

(Sorry Rev. Starke, I couldn’t resist the headline.) This  post certainly qualifies for the “ridiculous to the sublime” category. Earlier today Charlie Henrickson posted one of his instant classic parodies about going to Houston for the LCMS convention and now we are referring you to Stephen Starke’s blog where he has posted a new hymn in honor of the release of CPH’s The Lutheran Study Bible.

We thank BJS reader Jon Enge for alerting us to this historic occasion and encourage you to go to Starke’s website for the text of and story behind this new hymn.
