Editor’s Notes: New Journal Issue Out, Member Packets Up to Date, Etc., by Pr. Rossow

Latest Issue of the Steadfast Quarterly is Hitting Mailboxes and Getting Great Reviews

We mailed the latest issue of the Quarterly on Monday and already I am hearing great reviews of it. I encourage BJS members to use this post to give us your pro and con remarks on it to help us make issue #3 even better.

If you want to receive this full color 30 page magazine just click the “Join Now” button on the home page and for a $25 annual dues you will receive four issues a year plus our new member packet stuffed with other BJS goodies. Most importantly  you will be joining a great bunch of  men (and women) who are committed to supporting Issues, Etc., other new Lutheran media, the liturgy, and strong male headship in the home and parish.

Since you shouldn’t have to pay for good theology, as usual, once the members have received their hard copy, we will post a pdf version of the quarterly here on the site.

Caught Up on New Member Packets – Let Us Know if You Have Not Received Yours

We are caught up on sending out new member packets. The latest batch just went out today (Thursday). If you have registered as a member and have not received a packet by the middle of next week please send me an e-mail at [email protected] and we will get one to you. Some of you have registered without giving us an address. When you request a  new member kit please be sure to include your address.

Ready for a Trip to Chicago?

We are considering having a BJS gathering in Chicago (Bethany, Naperville) this winter. It would probably be an overnight, Friday-Saturday event in February and would include one or more of our regular columnists/bloggers as featured speakers. Let us know if you would be interested in such a gathering. Your comments to this post will help us gauge if it is feasible.
