Mollie here. This really has nothing to do with Lutheranism, but it’s so universally awesome that I had to post a link. Apparently a group near St. Louis hosts an annual Tour de Donuts:

For every donut eaten, five minutes is taken off a cyclist’s time. Pit stop volunteers were scrambling to mark those who had eaten doughnuts so cyclists could hop back on their bikes and pedal away.

His M Div is from Concordia, St. Louis and he has an MA in philosophy from St. Louis University and a D Min from Concordia, Fort Wayne.

    (spoken while H S was shown the sandwedge when having a golf lesson on how to hit out of a sandtrap)


  2. The winner in 2006 ate so many doughnuts (27) that he recorded an overall negative time for the 32 mile race.
