There is Nothing Like Two Little Boys Waxing Theologically to Make This World Seem a Tiny Bit Better, by Pr. Rossow

February 28th, 2013 Post by

The other day Norm posted a “Good Stuff Found” video of two little boys in Nebraska talking about baptism. It is so good it moved commenter Cynthia to sob and to post a moving quote. The video is so good that it deserves another post so that we can get the largest amount of our readers as possible to view it. You can see it here. Here is Cynthia’s comment.

Thank you so much. This made me sob.

And then pray.

There is simply nothing else like two little boys waxing theologically to make this world seem a tiny bit better.

Thanking the Lord for His Faithfulness.
May these boys mouths be blessed by The Word throughout their lives.

I had this video forwarded to every pastor and teacher in the Montana District. Seldom, it seems, do we see results in our catechesis. But here are some real results. Well done, Good Shepherd LUTHERAN School!

Pastor Rossow, I believe you have a typo in your title. See->Seem.

Thank you for your coverage on this video, these boys are a credit to our teachers and pastors at Good Shepherd.

    Cynthia, Pastor Rossow and all,

I was blessed to be able “to cry” at both of these boys’ Baptisms. And cry I did!

If ever anyone wonders if a Lutheran School education is worth the time and money. Well….. All I can say is you can not put a price on Mrs. Ahrens’ and Mrs. Burk’s interest in my daughter, Sarah’s, eternal life.

And a little footnote to give y’all a chuckle, Disney is already spoken for, Sarah informs me she is going to marry him. :)

    Nancy
