Livestream for Fisk Installation Service with Wilken Preaching, by Pr. Rossow

November 18th, 2011 Post by

It looks like we will be live streaming Pastor Jonathan Fisk’s installation service on Sunday. It will be the Divine Service with Pastor Todd Wilken preaching and Circuit Visitor, Pastor David Bottorf doing the installing. We already have over fifteen other clergy planning on joining us.

The live stream is set up here: http://www.livestream.com/bethanylutherannaperville/share . The channel will be offline until a little before 4 PM central this Sunday. There are still a few kinks to work out but hopefully you will be able to view it live on Sunday.

Watch live streaming video from bethanylutherannaperville at livestream.com

NOTE: The podcast can be found here.

We thank Pastor Christopher Gillespie from Grace Lutheran, Dyer, Indiana for helping us out with this project.

Engage the contents and substance of the post. Rabbit trails and side issues do not help the discussion of the topics.  Our authors work hard to write these articles and it is a disservice to them to distract from the topic at hand.  If you have a topic you think is important to have an article or discussion on, we invite you to submit a request through the "Ask a Pastor" link or submit a guest article.

Provide a valid email address. If you’re unwilling to do this, we are unwilling to let you comment.

Provide at least your first name. Please try to come up with a unique name; if you have a common name add something to it so you aren't confused with another user. We have several "john"'s already for example.  If you have a good reason to use a fake name, please do so but realize that the administrators of the site expect a valid email address and also reserve the right to ask you for your name privately at any time.

If you post as more than one person from the same IP address, we’ll block that address.

Interaction between people leaving comments ought to reflect Christian virtue, interaction that is gracious and respectful, not judging motives.  If error is to be rebuked, evidence of the error ought to be provided.

We reserve the right to identify and deal with trollish behavior as we see fit and without apology.  This may include warnings (public or private ones) or banning.

Just started watching the service from the podcast listed above and (3) different ads show up
    1) for “Willow Creek Church” Google ads
    2) for “City Lights Chruch”
    3) and for “Break the Fund Raising Rut”
Probably not your choice and have no control over these, but sad anyway that they show up during this pod cast. So sorry! Hope it was just on my veiw and not others.

Peace and Joy for Rev. Fisk, God’s blessings on his call to Bethany, Randy, Wausau, WI

I believe it is possible to “x” the ads so you don’t have to be distracted by them running across the bottom of your screen.
