The ACELC Film Project

Dear ACELC Interested Parties,

Grace to you and peace, from God our Father, and from our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

If you’ve been following the minutes of the ACELC Board Meetings, then you already know that about 6 weeks ago our Board approved the undertaking of a “Documentary Film Project” that will endeavor to present the work of the ACELC in a way which will make it more available and understandable than we have ever been able to do in the past. This project is a very ambitious undertaking and will require a great deal more resources than we presently have on hand (somewhere in the neighborhood of $10,000). However, we have already committed and funded $4,000 toward this project, and in addition we have also received a little over $1,000 in donations – and this before we even got serious about promoting it among our members.

Because have expressed interested in the work of the ACELC by signing on to our announcement e-mail list, we are sending you this note along with a link to a promotional video we recently produced to tell you a little bit about this project. I could, of course, go into much more detail here in this e-mail, but we think the video will explain it much better than we could ever do in print.

What we would like to suggest is that you first watch the video yourself, and then consider showing it to your congregation, your Board, your Bible Class, or any other interested parties you think might be able to assist us in whatever way you think is most appropriate for your situation.

If after watching this video, you, your congregation, your associates or your members feel motivated to help us out with this project financially, you may send a donation at the following address:

ACELC
P.O. Box 1761
Independence, Missouri 64055.

Please mark your check: “For ACELC Film Project.”
